The Chalfont Project is always interested in hearing from professionals at different levels who have a bias towards Human/Social Sciences, either by training, experience or affinity.

If you're working for a Big Consulting firm and are quick to unlearn; or if you work in mainstream industry and want to have more than one client every day; if you're willing to be rewarded for your achievements, not for showing up every day; if you speak plain English (that excludes those who feel compelled to talk about maximizing shareholder value and creating sustainable competitive advantages); if you think that life in R&D, Marketing and Sales, Manufacturing etc. can be improved and made more interesting and exciting by creating truly innovative 'places' in the way of working, being organised or being led (and you feel passionately about that) or if you feel the need to regularly renew yourself, your ideas, your skills, then write and tell us why we can't afford not to have you in our team.
