Caroline Tierney BSc(Hons)

A Pharmacology graduate from University College Dublin, she has more than 15 years of international experience within the pharmaceutical industry - based mainly in France and the UK - leading international research programmes throughout Europe and North America. Her management experience is broad in the areas of scientific - commercial linkage and also in the EU-USA joint leadership in product development. In latter years, Caroline has held senior roles in 2 specialist consulting firms, focusing on due diligence and change management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Caroline specialises in leadership and team development, particularly in cross-functional, cross-national and global environments. She also leads or participates in many interventions in all the areas of our consulting engagements.

Other than her scientific qualifications, she has psychological / analytical training and business education from Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (University of Virginia).
